Established in 2017 and headquartered in Bao’an of Shenzhen, Shenzhen Royal Tobacco Industrial Limited (“Royal Tobacco”) is a leading e-cigs company with integrated R&D, design, manufacturing and sales capabilities. The company currently has over 30 staff of R&D engineers and designers and a manufacturing plant of over 20,000 sq. ft. It also runs a branch office in Hong Kong.

Committed to creating a new generation of tobacco products, Royal Tobacco markets its products under the brands "elio" (HNB heating devices and accessories) and “VNB” (vaping products). Its sales network covers several countries in Europe,  Americas and Asia Royal Tobacco partners with China Tobacco Corporation, Tsinghua University and Shanghai New Tobacco Product Research Institute for advanced HNB research. It has applied for over 100 patents. Its technological breakthroughs include the world's first HNB device equipped with automatic tobacco stick eject system (SES), self-cooling cigarettes, and first electric cleaning tool for HNB devices, etc.

The founding team members are from well-known tobacco companies, FMCG, investment banking, private equity funds, internet companies, ivy league and top academic institutions, including Tsinghua University, MIT, Yale, etc., with extensive industry and capital market experience.
